1. Order Fulfilment and Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding public holidays.

• Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs delays, and other external factors beyond our control.

• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage sustained during transit.

• Customers must ensure accurate shipping information is provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

2. Final Sale and Refund Policy

• All purchases made through our store are considered final and non-refundable after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

• We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind or customer error.

• Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • Goods arrive materially damaged or defective, and

  • A valid claim is submitted to mind0vermatterr25@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, supported by photographic evidence.

• Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

3. Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including guarantees relating to merchantability and fitness for purpose. Where such rights apply, our obligations will align with those prescribed by law.
